Watercolor Essentials

Tuesdays April 16 - May 28 - 1:00-4:00pm - 7 sessions

Watercolor can be chaotic until you learn to manipulate of the 4 major variables: Brush, Pigment, Paper and Water. In this class we'll explore each of these 4 variables individually through practice exercises. Then combine the techniques as you gain confidence and control. You’ll learn to integrate these techniques into strategies that result in more successful paintings. Each session includes plenty of demonstrations and exercises. Martin brings a playful and positive attitude to the learning watercolor. All you need is imagination and a willingness to explore. 

MASK-MAKING TO AMPLIFY IMAGINATION

Thursdays April 18- May 30 - 6:00-8:00pm - 7 sessions

Mask-making is a springboard for your imagination. Martin explains techniques for wire, paper, and other materials. Ample demonstration helps bring your imagination to life. Martin’s teaching style is playful and informative. Use provided materials, or your own.
